PROMOTION TO SENIOR ASSOCIATE

The Firm's Executive Committee and General Partnership approved the promotion of Mr. Cris Marco V. Banaag to Senior Associate effective 1 December 2025. Mr. Banaag graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines in 2016 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines in 2021 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.

The Firm's Executive Committee and General Partnership approved the promotion of Mr. Kyle Andrew H. Cruz to Senior Associate effective 1 September 2025. Mr. Cruz graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2016 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Management with a Minor Degree in Economics. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines in 2020. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.
