Aissa V. Encarnacion

Aissa V. Encarnacion Ms. Encarnacion obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines, College of Law, 1992. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1993. She is concurrently a Professorial Lecturer at the University of the Philippines, College of Business Administration.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Finance and Marketing also from the University of the Philippines College of Business Administration.

Brigida H. Romualdez-Aquino

Brigida H. Romualdez-Aquino Ms. Romualdez-Aquino obtained her Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University, College of Law, Second Honors, 1998. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1999. She also has a degree in Bachelor of Science, Major in Economics, University of the Philippines School of Economics, 1994.

Ms. Romualdez-Aquino was a consultant for the Center for Excellence in Public-Private Partnerships in Health (CEP3H) of the Department of Health from 2013-2014.

Ms. Romualdez-Aquino specializes in civil, criminal, labor and administrative litigation. She also has experience in corporate secretarial functions and in handling documentary requirements from corporations from the Securities and Exchange Commission and Philippine Stock Exchange.


James Gerard M. Baello

James Gerard M. Baello
Mr. Baello obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines in 2003. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2004. Mr. Baello also obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of the Philippines in 1999. Mr. Baello specializes in administrative, civil, criminal, commercial, corporate and labor laws.


Edmon R. Quizon

Edmon R. Quizon
Mr. Quizon obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, summa cum laude, from Adamson University in 1995. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws and received an Outstanding Law Intern award from the University of the Philippines in 2005. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2006. Since 2007, he has been a member of the academic faculty of St. Vincent School of Theology in Quezon City.


Ysabel Maria J. Zamora-Jornada

Ysabel Maria J. Zamora-Jornada Ms. Zamora-Jornada, graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She proceeded to the College of Law of the same university where she obtained her Juris Doctor and her Outstanding Law Intern award in 2008. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009. She is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi International Honors Society and the Pi Gamma Mu International Honors Society in the Social Sciences. Ms. Zamora-Jornada, after joining the Firm in February 2009, has been active in litigation, handling several family and civil cases. She is also active in corporate law. She is a member of the House of Representatives, representing the lone district of San Juan City.


Carlos Viktor O. Poblador

Carlos Viktor O. Poblador A Junior Partner of the Firm, Mr. Poblador graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines in 2012 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in History. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines in 2016 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.
